Very familiar with tick borne diseases. Never heard of. More likely tick migrated from suprapubic area or scrotum to head of penis. Are you sure it was a tick? Was it embedded under skin. If so may need single dose Vibramycin for prophylaxis.

yes it is possible. I would suggest you be tested for Lyme disease. If that is neg. you have nothing to worry. If you work in garden/ or shrubbery use precautions and check your body for ticks before showering.
