Paternity identification via genetic testing is required to get a definitive answer.

When 2 potential fathers are involved random dates do not matter. This is a legal and medical issue where the true biological parent has rights & responsibilities and a medical history that may impact the child's future. Simple paternity tests establish the father and these can be provided by many local labs.

Genetic testing can settle the issue. You County health department and child welfare services may be able to help in arranging the testing and getting child support. Wish you and your child good health!

A DNA TEST IS LEGALLY VALID IN EVERY STATE. YOUR PROBLEM IS WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO NEXT TIME? SAFE SEX WON'T CAUSE YOU THIS PROBLEM IN FUTURE.
