1 egg + 1 sperm cell = possibility of pregnancy. Ejaculation is not required to produce a pregnancy. Pre-ejaculate certainly can contain sperm and should be considered an infectious bodily fluid which can make you pregnant. Beware activities which have a risk of pregnancy. Always use a condom for STD prevention I recommend adding another method for birth control.
