In february i missed periods dr gave me primolut-n for 5dys then i had regular periods for 3mths this mth again i missed periods and i have backpain and feel periods are coming but till now nothing plz tell me what is my issue excatly?

Periods will again become irregular thereafter. You might ask your gyn physician about low dose bcp's, which will stop ovarian hormones and override your menstrual cycle.
