During the first few months your body is adjusting to the contraceptive patch, you may have some vaginal bleeding in addition to the usual bleeding during your patch-free week. It may vary from spot to a heavier loss like a light period. Do not stop using your patch.If this happens for more than few months, then you should approach to your PCP.
