Hi, following my previous question. when i checked back side of my testicles there was nothing painful but when i sit on chair for a while they start to hurt. i didn't take any medicine for six months and yet it didn't worsen. is it epididymitis ?

No. Epididymitis is usually acute and the area hurts no matter what position you are in. It is rarely bilateral (both sides ). If there is no lump in your testicles you should be OK with a good scrotal support
