I am a 405lb woman in my 30s. last thursday i cleaned my bellybutton with a q-tip and got one end of the swab stuck in. i paid no attention to it until i woke up yesterday with a terrible pain, swelling, and smelly goo coming from it. help please?

An infection appears likely and due to location and anatomy that can spread quickly. You need to see your doc or a local urgent care. The drainage (goo) has to be cultured, wound inspected and empirical antibiotics will likely be started. Tight follow up will be needed until it all heals well.
