Prenatals ??? The average wait for a desired pregnancy is cited as 6 mo when fertility is at baseline. Some on injections report a delay in returning to normal fertility of up to a year. Prenatal vitamins can support a healthy pregnancy but there is little evidence they increase fertility or otherwise shorten the wait.
