Workup: You said you have a pinched nerve, but a negative workup. Have you had an mri? Have you seen a pain specialist for evaluation and possible epidural steroid injections (assuming you do have pinched nerve).

Amxiety depression: Chonic pain has many comorbidities that are treatable , depression anxiety see a pain specialist while not all scouces of pain can be found all pinched nerves can be, i would challenge your pinched nerve working diagnosis with the normal studies report, between MRI and EMG few pinched nerves escape detection today.Of course i dont know what many studies have been done to locate your pain scource.
