With tubal surgery, as with any surgical process including general anesthesia, delay in ovulation can occur, which delays the onset of menstruation. The slight delay in onset of menses is probably not related to pregnancy, so if the period is of normal length, it may have been delayed. If pain and/or bleeding continues irregularly, see your gyn provider for an exam and other testing.
