Routine lab work. overall i feel fine. everything came normal except high triglicerides, and protein level high at 8.3 (8.1 cut off), 4.4 albumin and 3.9 globamin (3.7 cut off). anxious about high protein. 1.1 a/g. is this normal?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, high protein could be from dehydration. Lowering triglycerides may need losing weight and reducing saturated fat intake. Wish you good health!
