How easy is it for a dr to identify testicular cancer with a ultrasound? worried something could have been missed?

Dr. Jay Park answered

Ultrasound is still a diagnostic test of choice. Testicular cancer often presents as a painless solid mass. In case you developed new symptom/sign since your last exam, reexamination is advisable.
