Hi. i hit my head earlier on the wall. no other symptoms. but the part i hit really is painful and feels like there's pressure in it. also, is it okay if i sleep couple of minutes after the incident?

Sounds like a hematoma involving the scalp location that was hit. ("Goose Egg"). Will be painful for a few days. See you doctor if increasing severe headaches, nausea and vomiting, dizziness, imbalance, episodes of loss of consciousness, blurring or doubling of vision.
