Had two alcoholic drinks today and have been taking 1000 mg of acetaminophen every 6 hours. i am a woman, 150 lbs. do i need to worry about liver damage or other damage to my body?

Yes, you do have to worry about liver damage with that combination of high dose acetaminophen and 2 alcoholic drinks. I recommend no alcohol while taking acetaminophen to be on the safe side. Wait 24 hours after taking acetaminophen before drinking alcohol.
