If an "ipill" is the "morning after pill", it is not 100% effective as a contraceptive, and you will see bleeding a few days later from withdrawal from the estrogen contained in the "ipill". A genuine "period" would follow, implying that you are not pregnant, but obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.
