Having high (neutrophils, monocytes, and eosinophils) all slightly high. what could it mean all at once?

Vague posts about lab values without listing them, a history, exam or some context as to why the tests were done are too vague for comment. Take your concerns to the doc who ordered the tests for an explanation of what they mean for you. In future posts please provide enough detailed information for a reasoned response.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you provided the actual results. Wish you good health!
