That is very hard to tell. Make an appointment with your doctor for evaluation, and have a mammogram study performed.

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggests fibrocystic disease, a benign process. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
