I accidentally a drank a gulp of gasoline. i immediately vomited as much as i could out. (did not choke) i went to the er to get treated. is there a possibility i could come out of this without any complications?

the most worrisome aspect of gasoline ingestion is aspiration of the gas or vomit which could cause significant lung damage. hopefully this did not occur. Gasoline can also cause damage to the lining of the esophagus and stomach.
