I drink a lot of diet soda for years now is it true about the aspartame does it cause cancer im very worried?

Aspartame is an FDA approved poison, and in my opinion, should be totally avoided. No question it worsens migraine, but the cancer issue is not proven. Clearly, the combination of diet sodas and aspartame can contribute to eventual metabolic syndrome. My advice is to completely avoid carbonated beverages. See a dietician and get their opinion and design modifications.
