Hello, i've been on the depo shot for almost a year and haven't had a true menstrual cycle since october 2020. well after masturbating (no penetration) i started cramping and bleeding. i do have possible endometriosis and adenomyosis?

May have been coincidence. .Amenorrhea lack of bleeding with Depo is not uncommon . Endometriosis is usually associated with painful periods, and breakthrough bleeding . and is diagnosed clinically and by laparoscopic evaluation .Adenomyosis also presents with painful heavy periods.
