if using for acne, may want to use less often and for shorter duration of time, perhaps for only 20 mins. see dermatologist for alternate tx if necessary.

If you have more redness after starting the topical Epiduo, and your acne is not much better, you may be sensitive to the medication. Apply less frequently and only on affected spots.
