Multiple causes : See what helps. If rehydrating with coconut water or emergenc-c, both high in potassium , relieves the pain that is the l;kely cause. Muscle spasm could also be a cuase but again rehydration might help and possibly more magnesium. Re-exam your exercise routine. More warm up, more walking and one minute sprints might work better for you. Listen to your body.
