Is it normal to be paralyzed for 1 minute after falling unconscious?

There is something called transient ischemic attack during which neurological deficit can disappear in a 24 hour period. One minute is unusual but not impossible.

Nothing normal regarding an episode of loss of consciousness. If this was due to a seizure, your paralysis could be part of a post-ictal phase. But there are many other reasons for such events, and your doctor (s) will evaluate more thoroughly.
