It depends on what you mean by upset stomach. You may try taking PeptoBismol. Drink enough water so your urine is mostly colorless. If the symptoms do not resolve in a day or so after taking PeptoBismol and you have severe diarrhea or vomiting, it would be prudent to see a doctor or go to the emergency department of a hospital.
