There are several potential reasons for the symptoms which could range from one or more pelvic organ prolapse e to Hormonal imbalance and estrogen deficiency syndrome to even abnormal growth in the cervix or vagina. Best to see the Gynecologist for a Pap and other examination since one is sexually active. Additional evaluation may be needed but start with the Gynecologist first.
