Upper partial had a chip and it cut the inside of mouth right by the lip. it has formed a white scar that feels like sandpaper when tongue rubs it. can see the ridges in scar. anything to do to help heal this faster? is white scar tissue normal?

It's an ulceration from the broken denture. Once the denture is repaired the irritating factor will be gone and it will heal quite fast.
