The doctor politely defined a shingles diagnosis but he completely ignored the symptoms that i was presented with. you might want to match me with a doctor that treats pts?

I treat shingles but the major problem is the long term pain, numbness and itching in some. Best to treat it when scabs still present or before. I do not remember what PTs is. Post Traumatic Stress??? Please spell out next time.

I hope you have a better experience in the future. Unfortunately, this is an online-only free service and we cannot refer you to another Doctor or “ match” you with one of your style. I’m sure that if you ask your PPO, or Medicare etc. they will be able to match you with another Dr. Another option is to go back to this Doctor and ask, politely, as he was polite, to explain again.
