Masturbation is not a problem. But your symptoms seem to be more intense than those produced by a low grade varicocele. You need to make an appointment for a full evaluation from another doctor. Preferably a sports medicine or orthopedic doctor. Thigh pain could arise from a sports hernia, hip impingement, nerve impingement, muscle injury and more.
