Entamaizole = Metronidazole + Diloxanide -Available data on Metronidazole use in pregnant women from many studies and case reports have not established a drug-associated risk of major birth defects, miscarriage or adverse maternal or fetal outcomes. -Diloxanide has not been studied in pregnant women but it has not been shown to cause birth defects or other problems in animal studies.
