At 18, you are an adult and can seek medical attention. However, if you are still on your parents insurance, your claim will be returned to them. If you believe you are unwell, it is important to seek medical attention. Your parents I am sure would prefer you get proper medical care. Certainly gyn infections, possible pregnancy or other gyn symptoms should prompt immediate care.
