Retin A improves appearance by improving skin color, texture and reducing wrinkles. For it to be completely effective, it needs to be used with skin moisturizer and sunscreen. Olay regenerist cream contains retinol and retinal propionate, both need conversion to retinoic acid before they can benefit the skin. Niacinamide and dimethicone are not in retin A. So you can use both. Hope it helps.
