A member asked:

Can i play volleyball with bow legs or will this worsen the bowing of them. i recently have started playing and have had no pains so far. this is my first high impact sport so i'm not too strong. i am still in high school so surgery isn't an option?

I would not give up in participating in any activities for the possibility you might develop a problem. If you develop aches and pains keeping strong muscles and range of motion is very important. Sometimes we need help bracing, orthotics all of these can benefit you if you develop a problem and you want to continue playing the sport. My recommendation is not to give up
