I inhaled a lot of deodorant yesterday, and the next morning my lungs felt full, had a fever and shortness of breath, taking deep breaths was painful. i feel a bit better now but my lungs still feel a bit full. will my lungs clear out on their own?

There may be irritation of the airway due to the exposure. Watch for cough, recurrent shortness of breath and wheezing. If these symptoms occur, please see your PCP. Avoid smoke and allergens such as dust, mold, pet dander. Avoid high pollution areas and consider COVID19 testing with your PCP. The exposure is not likely to cause a fever and you may be developing flu like symptoms.
