I had a beer 4-5 hours before taking ambien. i felt the initial rush in my brain from the drug and it almost put me to sleep but i came out of it. perhaps i was worried about the drug interaction. i took the pill an hour ago and here i am still awake?

Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
