Ice has limited effectiveness in reducing under eye puffiness. Make sure you are getting enough sleep nightly, and try sleeping with extra pillows under your head to prevent fluid pooling. You may have allergies. Try a course of claritin (loratadine) to help reduce inflammation and histamine response. Avoid alcohol and salty foods which can cause dehydration/fluid retention. Drink lots of water.
