Since the FDA doesn't investigate supplements, most physicians are reluctant to ok them as they may contain contaminants which could interact with your medications or affect other body functions, doses are not standardized and efficacy is completely unknown.

The only good from taking these supplements is that that will lighten your wallet. It will not do anything to improve your health. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
