I had a hysterectomy and they took everything but one ovary including my cervix almost two years ago. and i have recently been having a bit of cramping and sone discharge. what coukd this mean?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. A discharge suggests vaginal infection. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a gynecologist. Wish you good health!

I assume that you have a vaginal discharge. With an absent cervix, this could be the result of a vaginal infection. See a trusted gynecologist.
