Within 10 months of discontinuing the shot, 50% will get pregnant; however, in some cases, it may take up to 22 months—or almost two years. Two years after the last injection, if your cycle is irregular or you still do not experience ovulation (by tracking body temp or checking urine with ovulation kit) you should see a doctor then. Please note that Depo Provera is not the cause of infertility.
