Hard to say. It may survive on brief naps when you are not around. If you are concerned have the baby examined.

Consider your baby. If s/he is comfortably relaxed, alert, eating, moving, growing and gaining weight, s/he is likely to sleep as needed. Provide a comfortable, quiet environment and allow her to find her own pattern.
