See your doctor: Bloating is caused by gas, which could occur because of any of the following: 1) stomach acid is being neutralized by a base (opposite of an acid), 2) could be caused by intestinal bacteria, 3) could be caused by lactose (milk sugar) intolerance, 4) could be from swallowed air during eating, or 5) many other causes. Try to identify foods, especially milk or cheese, and limit talking during meals.
