Your vitamin D level is quite low even you have a lot of sun shine in Pakistan, probably your skin is dark. There are some studies confirming the effect of vitamin D in women' sexual function. You need to take vitamin D supplement to raise the level to at least 20. By my experience, 2,000 IU or 50 mg a day of vitamin D3 daily will be enough. Initially take a loading dose of 5,000 IU/day x 90 days.

I Know of no good reports that Low D Is associated with it or that taking vid will help. But not too harmful to try if your doctor says OK.

Agree with Dr Le, and you can readily stabilize your Vitamin D level via his approach. Check blood levels in 3 months and aim for close to 50-70 ng/ml.
