My granny is 82 years old and is hypertensive. she takes these medicine named telma 40 bd, lotensyl 10mg bd, ecosprin 75mg and bp is normal. should we stop having lotensyl and start moxovas 0.3 as she's having swelling in her feet?

First you want to know why her feet are swelling. Different causes need different treatments. Most likey eating more salt than her kidneys can get rid of is playing some role. Track her sodium intake for 2-3 days and see. She should be eating <1,500 mg sodium per day. Discuss with your team.

I am glad her BP is normal with appropriate medications. Please have her evaluated by her physician. Treatment by a non- physician family member is unwise.
