I was washing my face and got hand soap in my nose, it burns a little. but, i am pregnant will it affect my baby?

I wouldn't worry about it. To affect baby any exposure much be in a quantity and ability to enter your bloodstream & cross the umbilical cord. This does not qualify. Things you drink/eat or have injected can reach a blood level. Avoid consuming things that may be risky & baby will be fine.
