Analgesics such as Tylenol, although safe for pregnancy, are bad for migraine, and can create over time, a chronic daily headache pattern. See a neurologist who can work with your obstetrician. Many useful OTC and prescription items exist to control migraine, and some are safe in pregnancy. Good luck.
