What can cause the chill/goosebump sensations in random spots? sometimes its in my scalp only, others its my legs, and occasionally its a whole body feeling. sometimes it just a sensation and others there is goosebumps too?

These are sometimes called cold chills, even though you're not actually cold, and can be caused by hormonal changes or even anxiety. The goosebumps are reactions by muscles under the skin also affected by these factors. Do you have any other symptoms of hormonal changes or do you feel anxious at times?
