There are many possible etiologies for these symptoms besides cancer. There could be an infection present, inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn’s, ulcerative colitis), a malabsorption syndrome, etc. The best way to get a diagnosis would be to see a GI doctor. You may need some blood work and an EGD, where they look into your esophagus and stomach with a lighted scope. You definitely need to see GI!
