Any new, unexplained vaginal discharge should be professionally evaluated, so see your doctor soon. "Creamy" often implies slightly colored, e.g. yellowish, and colored discharge often means infection. STIs are possible, but of course only if you're sexually active and at risk (new partner, partner with other partners, etc). Good luck.

Commonly seen, a Candida or fungal infection can cause discharge with the characters you mentioned. Circumstances, possible STD’s and general conditions have to be considered and seeing your doc would be best in order to have it diagnosed and treated properly.
