Out of zyrtec & allegra which will not cause acid reflux or gastritis? when i took claritin, it caused acid reflux. trying to manage my gerd & seasonal allergies. fyi decongestants aggravate gerd so they cant have a decongestant. thx?

Who knows ? Neither drug has a decongestant. The individual response to any such med is just that, an individual response. Gerd by nature waxes & wanes over time. You do the best you can to deal with health issues with the means you have to treat them. I favor avoiding caffeine/nicotine or laying down after meals as a better natural aid, but what works for some doesn't for others.
