I have ringworm on my face diagnosed by a dermatologist. i have been on ketoconazole for a week now. do i still need to continue washing and changing bed sheets/towels daily? or can i now go back to my normal routine?

Go back to normal. No need to continue additional washing. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
