I was standing trying to walk when all of a sudden my right knee painfully got stuck and i couldnt bend or straighten so i forced it now i cant walk? could i have torn something in the knee? the pain is intense hurts to lift the leg also?

This sounds like a loose or torn meniscus (cartilage) in the knee. You will need an MRI of the knee and orthopedic evaluation.

Right knee hurts, can't stand/walk. Pain is just below the kneecap to the left inside part. Doesn't hurt to bend/straighten/idle. No swelling etc.
